A Session with Supervisors
This session was for supervisors to give their views on what their expectations are for a PhD student and what the life of a PhD should be like.
Rather than organising a campus tour, we opted for a different activity to enable new postgraduate students to get to know their campus, which was through Treasure Hunt.
Coffee and Cake with Alumni Office
In this session, postgraduate students were able to learn more about the Alumni Office while at the same time get an insight from UNMC alumni, Chin Wai Hong who is the Manager of Talent Management in Bursa Malaysia Berhad.
We hope everyone who participated in this year’s Postgraduate Welcome Week enjoyed every bit of it. We sincerely thank everyone for their participation and in making the Postgraduate Welcome Week a successful one. Hope to see everyone in our future events!
Dr Christopher Hill, Director RTAD, presented a paper on developments in international education at the Association of Commonwealth Universities Centenary Conference in London, UK and while attending the reception in Buckingham Palace, had the opportunity to meet a very special host.
