Coffee & Cake Session 5/2018

We recently hosted our postgraduate students on another round of Coffee and Cake session held on 28 September 2018. This was the fifth session for this year and we were indeed very pleased to see a great turnout!

The session started off with a welcome note by Ms Deepa Kumari Veerasingam, Head of Graduate School. It was followed by an introduction and brief presentation by Taiba Hasan Khairalla Mohamed Mohamedi, Vice Chair of Student Council.

As the session was very well attended, we took the opportunity to get feedback from the postgraduate students to gauge their perceptions and comments of the Coffee and Cake sessions, in general. This is part of our continuous effort to improve our engagement level and to stay relevant with the postgraduate students.

We would like to take this opportunity to thank all those who came and gave us your valuable feedback. We hope that you enjoyed the session and we look forward to seeing you in the next one scheduled for 26 October 2018.

The Coffee and Cake sessions are open to all postgraduate students including postgraduate research students (PGRs) and postgraduate taught students (PGTs) on campus.
