Invitation: Virtual town hall meetings for researchers

Invitation from Professor Deborah Hall, Vice Provost (Research & Knowledge Exchange)

Professor Hall is inviting colleagues and postgraduate research students to join her at a series of virtual town halls.

In these unprecedented times, these virtual meetings are an opportunity for us to come together to share ideas, ambitions, concerns, and to offer mutual support.

With a panel of colleagues from across the University, Professor Hall invites you to share experiences and thoughts on how we can prepare together for the challenges and opportunities that lie ahead. From returning to on-campus working, to considering what the ‘new normal’ for research may look like in a post-C0VID-19 world.

The panel will consist of Professor Sivakumar Manickam, Associate Dean of Research & Knowledge Exchange for the Faculty of Science & Engineering; Dr Seow Hsin-Vonn, Associate Dean of Research & Knowledge Exchange for the Faculty of Arts & Social Sciences; and Kylie Colvin, Director of Strategy and Acting Director of Recruitment & Marketing.
