Nottingham Research Leaders Programme (NRLP)

The Researcher Academy works with researchers and staff who support the promotion of a healthy research culture and cultivation of research excellence. The NRLP is one of the ways towards building a diverse, inclusive, equitable, forward-looking and high-performing research community. It is for researchers currently working at level 6 or 7 who are looking to further develop their careers and help mentor, support and inspire colleagues to deliver internationally recognised, outstanding research activities.

Following a review of the programme last year, a new flexible and exciting programme of activities is in place and will run from April – December. The programme will be delivered by a combination of expert providers, including an external media training agency and members of the University of Nottingham senior team. Participants will also benefit from the support of an executive coach during the year of the programme. Given the current circumstances, applicants are not required to travel as part of the programme and will benefit from facilitated online interactions with International Research Leaders.

Closing date: Friday 8 April 2022
