[Call for Abstracts] UNMC LINK’18 PG Conference

A Student-led Interdisciplinary Research Conference
What is LINK?
LINK is a research conference by postgraduate students, for postgraduate students. Its goal is to empower postgraduate students to share and celebrate their research in a positive, constructive and collaborative space, and to facilitate the development of interdisciplinary connections and networks.
LINK’18 is open to all postgraduate students (Masters, MPhil & PhD) of UNMC.
When & where?
26 July 2018, Great Hall
How do you get involved?
1. Submit an abstract of 250 words on any of the following research themes:

Electrical, Electronic & Mechanical Engineering for the future
-
Languages, texts & society
-
Health & wellbeing
-
Securing & sustaining the future of food
-
Energy systems and technologies across Engineering & Computer Science
-
Research in Education & Business Management
-
Others
Note: It doesn’t matter what stage of your research you are at and don’t worry if you are not sure which theme your research fits into; the committee will review and organise all submitted abstracts. If you have any concerns or enquiries, please send an email to sapgofficer@nottingham.edu.my.
Submit your abstract to sapgofficer@nottingham.edu.my by 3 June 2018. Shortlisted presenters will be notified by 20 June 2018.
2. Prepare a 10 – 15 minutes PowerPoint presentation of your research, suitable for delivery to an expert panel of judges at the conference.
