She arranged for free medical check-ups for everyone who was eligible especially those from the low socioeconomic class around Semenyih. She is a pioneer committee member of the ‘War on cancer Malaysia’ and the Deputy Prime Minister of Malaysia launched this in 2019.
Within a short time working in this area, Dr. Aini has made herself known in supporting cancer research and awareness and has been invited to many national events as guest speaker and forum panellist. She was recently involved in an international event on 15th march 2020 during World Cancer Day Forum. She was invited by the Malaysian Oncology Society as a guest speaker and involved in the roundtable discussion with leading policy agencies (such as Galen Center and Third World Network) and policy makers surrounding medical financial toxicity.”
