NAA LinkedIn: Congratulations to All Winners!
It can be really hard to stand out in the job market when there are so many other graduates trying to do the same thing but do you know that LinkedIn can be one of the great ways to showcase your talent?
It is the perfect platform for you to showcase your knowledge, your insights and get noticed in front of up to million professionals, including fellow classmates, recruiters, and future employers. Try to raise your profile and build up professional contacts while still at university!
Aiming to guiding our students in optimizing their LinkedIn profile, we initiated Nottingham Advantage Award’s (NAA) LinkedIn Workshop few years back. This time, we had the honour in having a guest speaker, Ms. Nur Mastura Mansor, the Head of Public Sector (Talent & Learning Solution) of LinkedIn to share her expertise and be a judge selecting the winners for the best profile of the participants.
She shared valuable insights on future skills and job market, and how to optimize their experience with LinkedIn to assist them on their professional branding and job search, in VUCA world.
10 students have been shortlisted by UNM Careers, and the final winners were picked by the judge based on the criteria that meet an essential and developed LinkedIn profile.
