Biomedical Sciences (BMED) Society day trip to Chiling waterfalls

In desperate need of a getaway to somewhere secluded and close to nature, the BMED society organised an outdoor activity to Chiling waterfalls at Kuala Kubu Bharu, Selangor. BMEDers from year 1, year 2, year 3, and students from other courses came together in one bus for the trip, which departed from campus at 6 am in the morning. The journey took almost 2 hours which include 6 river crossing and tricky jungle trekking in order to reach the waterfall. However, every one persisted and managed to reach the waterfall for a day of fun in the water followed by a mini picnic lunch.

Overall, students enjoyed the trip and felt more bonded with each other and most importantly, had a weekend getaway from the hectic schedules of work and study in the campus.
