Biomedical Sciences Society Potluck Dinner

The Lunar New Year was nearing, and what better way to celebrate it than to have a potluck dinner! The BMed Society once again organised a potluck dinner at the beginning of the second semester, with Year 1s, Year 2s, Year 3s and our postgraduate students coming round bringing in home-cooked food and spreading good cheer to the event. A round of eating, a couple performances, games and good cheer kept everyone’s spirits up leading up to the Chinese New Year. Everyone present at the potluck dinner had a wonderful time, strengthening bonds and making new one!

Game of “Guess the Ingredient”, where it quickly escalated into a Fear Factor-esque game with players bravely tasting fish paste and chili powder (and trying to guess what they tasted!).

Performance by this year’s BMed committee members, and with that the night ended with lots of laughs, claps and full bellies.
