C0VID-19 Impact Statement

And the C0VID-19 Impact Statement is still now available for download so that Principal Investigators and PGRs can start to record severe impacts on their research projects. This is essential for being in a good position to renegotiate Terms and Conditions of any affected Grant Agreements.

About the session

The session hopes to address some of the concerns that have been raised quite frequently in the recent weeks, while providing a direct platform for meaningful communications between PGRs and Professor Hall. This is in line with our continuous effort to be even more explicit and relevant in our communications and responses during this closure period.

Shut up & write

Struggling with motivation to write?

We are offering several writing sessions to postgraduate students throughout this closure period. These sessions are designed to help postgraduate students to work on their writing by limiting the distraction that they experience at home. We hope the sessions can reduce the effects of self-isolation among postgraduate students while helping them beat procrastination and further providing them with the necessary guidance and motivation to write efficiently and effectively.

Change of schedule

We wish to remind you that there is a change of schedule as the writing sessions will not be held every Monday and Friday as previously advertised. The updated schedule is outlined in the table below:
