Weekly update of upcoming courses

Shut up and write

  • Session #04/03: Monday 27 April 2020, 10am – 12.30pm

  • Session #04/04: Thursday 30 April 2020, 2pm – 4.30pm

  • These sessions will assist in structuring periods of writing and limiting the distraction at home while providing the necessary guidance and motivation to write efficiently and effectively.

Introduction to doing statistics in R

  • Tuesday 28 April 2020, 10am – 4pm

  • This course will provide a hands-on experience in using R which is an open source programming language for advanced statistics and graphics.

Getting published

  • Thursday 30 April 2020, 10am – 12noon

  • This course will give an introduction to scholarly publishing and cover the experiences and tips of journal publications from senior PhDs and an academic member of staff.
