Spotlight on…
We would like to feature one of our PhD students, Mohammad Reza Ketabchi from the Department of Chemical and Environmental Engineering, for his commendable achievements and efforts in the 2014 Three Minute Thesis (3MT®) competition and the most recent annual Postgraduate Research Showcase which was held at the University Park Campus on 6th May 2015.
After winning the 2014 UNMC 3MT® competition and also the intra-campus competition, Reza went on to represent the University of Nottingham at the 2014 U21 3MT® competition. Reza’s winning Three Minute Thesis (3MT®) presentation can be viewed here.
Reza was awarded the Grand Prize for his poster amongst 43 postgraduate research students in the annual UNMC Postgraduate Research Showcase last year. The prize was a travel fund to UK Campus to take part in the Postgraduate Research Showcase and Reza went on to clinch the Best Poster Award.
