This bulletin provides monthly updates on upcoming events and activities by the Graduate School.
Call for applications
International Research Collaboration Award 2020
This is a competitive award to a funded visit, up to two months duration, with a maximum of RM15,000, at a host organisation anywhere in the world that may act as a collaborator for a research project.
We are offering four awards awards worth RM15,000 each; two for postgraduate research students (PGRs) and two for early career researchers (ECRs).
All applications should be submitted to graduateschool@nottingham.edu.my.
Closing date: 6 December 2019
U21/PwC Innovation Challenge 2019/20
This is a world-class opportunity for students to showcase their skills to PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) and its client base, via a short 3-minute video clip response to a pre-set challenge.
The challenge is open to all current registered postgraduate students(taught and research).
The call for participation will open soon so stay tuned for the full details.
Upcoming events
Christmas and Year End Celebration
Our annual Christmas and End of the Year celebration is scheduled for Wednesday 4 December 2019 at 1pm in H1B12.
We welcome all our postgraduate students to join us in celebrating the joyous occasion.
Teh Tarik Session
Our next Teh Tarik session is scheduled for Tuesday 10 December 2019 at 1pm in H1B13. This session will feature a presentation by one of the winners of this year’s International Research Collaboration Award (IRCA).
