Staff Oscars 2019
A great end to the Student Association Annual Ball of 18/19 was highlighted by the Staff Oscars 2019 where our staff was shown appreciation through various awards ranging from the Lifetime Achievement Award to the Best Student Support Staff. The annual University Staff Oscars are an opportunity for University staff who have inspired and continue to do so to shine and be recognised.

While the staff at the University of Nottingham Malaysia undoubtedly give their very best every day and are by no means less than equal to their peers on the following list of award winners, there are some that have been voted to be the best in their role.
Best Final year project/Dissertation Supervisor – Dr Steve Janssen
Lifetime Achievement Award – Professor Ong Fon Sim
Best LEcturer for Academic Feedback – Dr Nishanth Chemmangattuvalappil
Most High Tech LEcturer – Dr Khor Jeen Ghee
Outstanding Contribution to Student Experience – Professor Sandy Loh Hwei San
Most Captivating Lecturer – Dr Vengadeshvaran Sarma
