Ace Assessment Centre with Nestle
We are definitely in good spirit as our Pre-Careers Fair Series is on-going for our students to enhance their skills for the UNM Virtual Careers & Internship Fair 2021 (VCIF’21) and move towards the next steps in job hunting!
On the March 11, it was a pleasure having Nestlé for our Pre-Careers Fair Series: How to Ace Assessment Centre, insightfully shared by Ms. Shariza Mohd Razi, the Head of Talent Acquisition, and Ms. Banuupriya Gunasegran, the Senior HR Executive.
To ace the assessment centre, Ms. Shariza highlighted that it is important to do some research regarding the company and position, brush-up your presentation skill, be open to ideas, opinions and criticisms that can lead to healthy discussion; and most importantly, be professional.
She also added, “It is important for the students to be prepared with any possibilities and challenges since the format of assessment centre can be different for each company in which it can be case study, virtual games and etc. “
