Description

Systematic Literature Review (SLR) is about “Systematic, explicit and reproducible method for identifying, evaluating, and synthesising the existing body of completed and recorded work produced by researchers, scholars, and practioners” (Fink, 2005). In this sharing session, our guest speaker will share her journey of doing SLR, basics of SLR and 3 simple steps to write SLR paper for publication.

In addition, one of our own PhD students at the Nottingham University Business School (NUBS), Norfadhillaton Binti Zahari, will be sharing her experience as well in publishing paper using SLR method.

Associate Professor Ts Dr Magiswary Dorasamy

Dr Magiswary Dorasamy is an Associate Professor at the Faculty of Management, Multimedia University, Malaysia, holding Deputy Dean, Research and Industrial Collaboration, and Postgraduate Studies.

She has completed her PhD studies in Multimedia University, Malaysia, under the supervision of Professor Ts Dr Murali Raman. Her area of expertise is Management Information System (MIS) focusing on IS success factors, knowledge management systems for disaster, frugal innovation and cyber security.

To date, she has had a distinguished corporate career in ICT industries and academia career spanning over 25 years and has established herself with extensive experience in NVivo qualitative data analysis software training and qualitative research.

She has published her work in over 40 indexed tiered journal. Besides that, she has led several national grants funded by the Ministry of Higher Education of Malaysia. She has also received various innovation awards, recognitions, and secured intellectual properties.

To date she has published 6 SLR papers in Scopus Q1 / Tier A journals.
