Travel Prize – U21 ECR Workshop: Future of International Higher Education

For blog

To commemorate its 10th anniversary, the University of Nottingham China Campus (UNNC) will host a Universitas 21 (U21) interdisciplinary workshop on the Future of International Higher Education. This workshop will be of particular interest to early career academics and PhD students.

Being ahead of the development of international higher education in today’s increasingly dynamic education industry is more important than ever. This intense one-day workshop will showcase best practices that will shape higher education institutions across disciplines. Many scholars expect the traditional education model to be disrupted in the near future, and this workshop will focus on two most widely discussed disruptive elements: interdisciplinary education and internationalisation.

By telling us why you think you are the best fit for this travel prize and how your interest/research fit the U21 workshop on the Future of International Higher Education, you could stand a chance to travel to UNNC and participate in the workshop, taking place on Saturday, 1 November 2014. This competition is open to all PhD students and Early Career Researchers at UNMC.
